Job Description

• We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all departments within the hotel, maintaining high standards of service quality, and maximizing profitability.

Responsibilities
Operations Management:

• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and administration.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the hotel.
• Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and revenue to achieve financial targets.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Guest Services:

• Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by providing personalized service and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
• Implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and exceed their expectations.
• Foster a culture of exceptional customer service among staff members.

Staff Management:

• Recruit, train, and supervise staff members across all departments.
• Set performance standards and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and employee morale.

Sales and Marketing:

• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies to attract and retain guests.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Implement promotional activities and packages to drive occupancy and revenue.

Financial Management:

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budgets, revenue projections, and expenditure reports.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize financial performance.
• Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability while maintaining service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in hotel management, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
• Solid understanding of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Salary
N200,000 / Month.
