1.) Business Development Executive

Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and support proposal development for environmental and ESG-related services.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Nigerian regulatory and project landscape, and experience selling professional or technical services (e.g., ESIA, audits, due diligence, sustainability reporting).
Key Responsibilities
Responsibility Weight (%):
- Opportunity Identification & Client Prospecting – Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, especially in the oil & gas, power, infrastructure, and financial sectors. 25%
- Client Relationship Management – Build and manage relationships with existing and potential clients, including multinationals, regulators, and financiers. 20%
- Proposal & Tender Development – Coordinate and contribute to technical and commercial proposals, EOIs, and bid submissions. 20%
- Market Intelligence & Positioning – Track industry trends, regulatory developments (e.g., NUPRC, NESREA, LFN), and competitor activity to inform strategy. 15%
- Collaboration with Technical Teams – Work with project leads and SMEs to develop relevant service offerings and align BD efforts with delivery capacity. 10%
- Reporting & CRM Maintenance – Maintain records of leads, pipelines, and performance metrics using CRM tools and weekly reporting. 10%
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 4–7 years of experience in business development, preferably in consulting, environmental services, or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven track record of winning business or supporting bids over N50M.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Proposal Writing & Coordination Experience writing and managing proposals/tenders in a structured format (e.g., EOIs, RFPs). 15%
- Strategic Thinking Ability to see and pursue BD beyond transactional sales—partnerships, frameworks, strategic bids. 10%
- Regulatory & Sector Knowledge Familiarity with Nigerian regulatory agencies (NUPRC, NESREA, etc.) and ESG trends. 10%
- Self-Management Ability to work independently, meet targets, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced consultancy. 10%

2.) Business Development Manager
Job Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

- Lead generation, conversion & BD strategy execution.
- Identify, coordinate & submit high-quality bids/tenders.
- Represent the company at events and client meetings.
- Develop & implement BD and marketing plans.
- Build strong client & partner relationships.
- Conduct market research & analyze trends to unlock new income streams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering or a related field.
- 8 - 12 years of experience in Business Development (Environmental Services, Engineering, Energy, or Oil & Gas)
- Solid knowledge of EOI/bid processes
- Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
- Highly driven, ethical, and detail-oriented.

3.) HVAC Technician
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Key Responsibilities
- Start up / shut down HVAC units and monitor performance
- Monthly filter cleaning and condenser maintenance
- Quarterly steam wash and refrigerant pressure checks
- Inspect and clean ductwork, pipes, joints
- Test electrical controls and motor wiring
- Maintain a safe, clutter-free work area
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a FSLC
- 3+ years in commercial HVAC maintenance
- Relevant HVAC certification or equivalent experience
- Proficient in HVAC systems, refrigeration, and basic electrical
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Microsoft Office familiarity
- Residence near Victoria Island.
