We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Hotel Manager
Job Location: Rumuokoro, Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

• Oversee the daily running of the business
• Coordinate front-office and back-office activities and resolve any problems
• Plan maintenance work, events and room bookings
• Liaise with maintenance and other specialist contractors
• Handle customer complaints and queries
• Recruit, train and supervise staff
• Promote and market the business, including developing ways to attract new customers
• Maintain financial records
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and licensing laws.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a hotel manager or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel management.
• Problem-solving ability.
• A keen eye for detail to monitor all aspects of the hotel’s operations, from housekeeping to food & beverage services.
• Demonstrated success in managing regular operations, including guest experience and operational performance.
• Possess strong communication skills
• Excellent sales and marketing acumen with great interpersonal skills.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
