About the Role

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our growing team.
• The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of HR functions, and promoting a positive and compliant work environment.
• This role requires a blend of administrative competence, interpersonal skills, and hands-on HR knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance procedures
• Support disciplinary processes and documentation
• Prepare HR reports and provide data analysis for management
• Coordinate training, team bonding, and wellness activities
• Administer benefits programs, payroll processing support, and attendance tracking
• Oversee performance appraisal cycles and support employee development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian Labour Laws, Factory Act, and internal HR policies
• Contribute to policy reviews and organizational culture improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Admin, Industrial Relations, or related field
• 2–4 years of HR generalist or officer-level experience
• Strong understanding of Nigerian Labour Law and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools
• Strong ethical standards and confidentiality
• Professional certifications (e.g., CIPM) are an added advantage

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
