Job Position: HR Officer

Job Description
The officer shall coordinate:

• Performance management (Appraisal and KPI-based evaluation)
• Employee resourcing
• Employee relations
• Capacity building and Career development
• Open communication between employees and management
• Team building.

Qualifications

• A minimum of B.Sc in relevant field
• Minimum of 4 years of cognate experience
• Member of an HR professional body
• Proven track record of achievement in the HR field. Experience in a hospital/Medical facility will be an added advantage.
