Job Position: Human Resource Assistant
Job Location: Gwarinpa, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resource Assistant to support our Human Resources department functions. The ideal candidate will assist with various HR tasks, maintain employee records, and ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Support onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training coordination.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
• Provide administrative support to management as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 2+ experience in HR or administrative roles is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Preferred candidate must be resident in Gwarinpa or its environs.

Salary
N130,000 / month.
