Job Brief

• We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures.
• Lead the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
• Coordinate training and development programs to promote employee growth and skill enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Oversee onboarding processes and ensure a smooth integration of new hires.
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
• Design and implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity.
• Payroll computation and salary schedule

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Personnel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in a similar HR role, in well structured organisation.
• In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and regulations.
• Professional Qualifications is an added advantage i.e. CIPM and any relevant certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
