Job Summary


  • Our client a logistics company is seeking a highly organized, strategic, and people-oriented Human Resources Manager to oversee the company’s HR operations.
  • The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment, ensuring compliance with labor laws, fostering employee engagement, and supporting the company in achieving its business objectives through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with the organization’s goals.
  • Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Design and implement performance management systems to drive productivity and professional growth.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Administer compensation, payroll, and benefits programs.
  • Monitor HR metrics (turnover, retention, employee satisfaction) and prepare reports for management.
  • Lead initiatives to promote a positive organizational culture, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Provide HR guidance and support to management and employees at all levels.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
  • Minimum of 5 – 7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, HRCI) is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
  • Proven ability to develop HR strategies and policies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary
N500,000 monthly.
