Job Position: Human Resource / Operations Manager

Job Location: Nigeria

Description

• We are seeking passionate and highly competent professionals to join our team and strengthen the delivery of life-saving services to persons living with Sickle Cell Disorder.

Job Role

• The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership for people management and organisational operations, ensuring efficient systems, staff development, compliance, and smooth programme implementation.

• Relevant academic and professional qualifications
•  Demonstrated experience in a similar role
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
