Mandatory - Experience in Manufacturing or FMCG Mandatory

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc with 5 to 7 years of experience in HR role in a Beverage company, handling all HR issues.
• Role involves 50% Recruitment and 50% other HR issues.Should be very good in Union Management related issues.
• Professional qualification will be an added advantage.
• Employee/Union Management Relations is a key as part of experience.
