Job Description

• The HR Manager will be responsible for supporting various human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
• This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth HR operations and providing support to both employees and management.

Functions
The job function includes:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screeningresumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Spearhead the implementation of core HR policies
• Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.
• Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Assist with performance management processes, including evaluations and goal-setting.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within HR systems.
• Help administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company offerings.
• Support employee relations by providing guidance and helping resolve workplace issues.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
