We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: HR / Admin Officer
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilties
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including but not limited to, preparing documents, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assistin the preparation of HR-related reports and presentations.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate the on boarding process for new hires, including preparing induction materials, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Maintain an updated recruitment database and manage applicant tracking systems.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regardingHR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the coordination of employee engagement activities and events.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
- Assist with the administration of payroll and employee benefits.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll-related documents.
- Help with the management of employee leave records and benefits enrolment.
Compliance and Record-Keeping:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and files.
- Assist in preparing documents for audits and compliance reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of human resource sexperience, preferably within the ISP, telecommunications, or technology industry.
- Professional accounting certifications such as CIPM, PHRi, SHRM-CP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of human resources best practices and nigerian labour law.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 monthly.
