VACANCY: HR OFFICER AT GRACIAS GLOBAL HOMES AND PROPERTY NIGERIA LTD.

We are looking for a motivated Hr Officer who is ready to apply knowledge of human resource terms and principles to an authentic real-world experience.  Hr officer will execute a wide range of duties, including Training and development of personnel’s, implementing required technology for seamless operations. The Legal / Hr Officer shall be responsible for finding, screening, recruiting, and training job applicants, administers employee-benefit programs. The Legal / Hr Officer will handle compensation, benefits and employee terminations and any other duties that conforms with the international best practices for human/personnel management in an organization.

Qualifications/Experience:

• HND or Degree.
• A minimum of 1-3 years post NYSC experience Human Resources role.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft office applications especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent written &verbal communication skills.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion.
• Excellent team working ability to ensure smooth operation in the Legal Unit as a whole.
• Good research skills.

JOB LOCATION:

Sangotedo, Abijo, Awoyaya and Ajah Axis.

PAY: Negotiable
