Talent Pool Resources Network - Our client in the Retail industry is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Internal Control Manager
Job Location: Alimosho, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Assists in the formulation and preparation of loss control and security risk management initiatives in the organization.
• Assists in drawing security work plans and programs for each Business Unit.
• Promotes security and risk control awareness i.e. crime prevention and awareness campaigns.
• Checks on enforcement of controls in the company.
• Assist in coordinating the emergency preparedness systems for the Company e.g. fire system.
• Assists in carrying out investigations for all cases involving employees at all levels.
• Conducts security vetting of prospective employees.
• Assists in the supervision of the day-to-day work of contracted security companies.
• Allocates duties to subordinates (depot security staff) and puts in place a timetable for proper supervision.

Qualifications

• HND / B.Sc in Accounting, Banking and Finance or any related field
• Must be young and agile with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of working experience in retail or supermarket industry
• Must be versatile in the use of the Microsoft Excel application

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
