Job Position: Internal Control Officer

Job Description

• We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented Internal Control Officers to support the Internal Control Manager in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in our hotel operations.
• The ideal candidates should have a solid background in accounts or auditing and have worked in a similar role within the hotel industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and reviewing internal processes to ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
• Conduct routine checks and audits on financial records and hotel operations
• Identify potential risks and implement corrective actions to enhance internal controls
• Support the preparation of audit reports and assist in resolving audit findings
• Collaborate with various departments to maintain financial accuracy and integrity
• Assist in staff training on compliance and internal control processes.

Requirements

• 2 - 5 years of experience in accounts, auditing, or a similar internal control role within the hotel industry
• Must reside in Abuja
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
