Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for an Internal Control Officer, located in Portharcourt.
• The Internal Control Officer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring internal control processes, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, conducting regular audits, and assessing the effectiveness of internal controls.
• They will analyze financial data, prepare reports, communicate findings with management, and recommend improvements to mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, or ACCA are an advantage.
• Proficiency in Internal Controls and Auditing
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Knowledge of Finance and financial regulations
• Effective Communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
