Job Position: Inventory Coordinator
Job Location: Ikate - Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and disciplined Inventory Coordinator to manage, track, and control all stock movements within our club operations.
• This role is critical to cost control, availability, and smooth night operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels (liquor, beverages, consumables, supplies)
• Record all stock receipts, issues, and transfers accurately
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts
• Reconcile physical stock with system records and reports
• Track variances, losses, and wastage; report discrepancies promptly
• Work closely with bar, kitchen, and operations teams
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, and FIFO compliance
• Support audits and management reporting

Requirements

• Proven experience in inventory/storekeeping (hospitality or club experience is an advantage)
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Good reporting and documentation skills
• Ability to work night shifts and under pressure
• Integrity, accountability, and confidentiality
• Basic computer skills (Excel / inventory systems)

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
