Tongyi Group Limited is a mining and construction company with head office in Jabi, Abuja and branches in Ebonyi, Nasarawa, Benue and Lagos State.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: IT Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems
• Implement security measures
• Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements
• Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems
• Install and update company software and hardware as needed
• Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items

Requirements

• B.Sc in Computer Science / Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 2 years cognate experience as an IT Officer in a reputable company
• Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software, hardware and programming
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Good organization, time management and prioritization
• Efficient troubleshooting abilities
• Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening
• Great interpersonal skills.
