We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: IT Support Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Descriptions

• To provide support for Live streaming channels on satellite - This involves;
• Liaise with local installers to fix installation problems when required
• To manage the company website and media platforms
• To design fliers, banners or presentations when required
• To coordinate fresh installations for clients
• And other related roles.
• Liaising with company teleport vendors
• Manage and respond to clients complaints
• Monitor the channels (the stream and the live channel)

Requirements / Qualification

• 1st Degree Minimum requirement, Certification courses will be added advantage.
• Between 23 - 30 years old
• 1 - 2 years work experience
• Resides 30 - 45mins Drive from Magodo

Expected Trait:

• Smart, Intelligent, Leadership qualities, Hard-working, Stick-ability (Ability to follow through on tasks), Ability to think and take initiative, Problem solving skills, Effective communication skills - written and spoken.
