Swift MediSpark is the official distributor of SwiftPractice EMR, Nigeria’s most robust Electronic Medical Records and Hospital Management Software. We enable hospitals to become 10x more efficient by digitizing their operations entirely.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: IT Support Officer (Short Job)

Job Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Duration: 6 months

Job Description

• This role is mainly focused on providing IT support in the bid to implement out software in new facilities for a specified period of time.
• Excellent contractors stand a chance of being retained for a permanent role after the completion of the contract period.

Core Responsibilities

• Assisting implementation team in setting up our program for new hospitals (or clients).
• Mastering all aspects of the software in order to train new users.
• Giving reports on the outcomes of implementations conducted by you.
• Providing technical support such as networking and troubleshooting.
• Recommending corrective hardware/networking improvement to different users for optimum performance.
• Keep accurate (and up-to-date) records from implementation/support to help improve software.

Job Requirements

• B.Sc in Computer Science (or other related disciplines) from a recognized institution.
• 1 - 2 years of work experience.
• Prior experience in IT support roles is necessary.
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and related software.
• Basic knowledge in web development might be an added advantage.

Salary
N45,000 - N55,000 monthly (Per Implementation)
