Job Position: I.T Support Personnel

Job Location: Lagos

Summary Job Description (State Key Roles and Responsibilities of Staff)

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company.
• Setting up accounts for new users.
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
• Ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained and conducting proactive maintenance.
• Dealing with emergencies as they arise.
• Overseeing any renovations and refurbishments.
• Take up other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of OND in Computer Science, Computer or Engineering.
• Work Experience (include number of years and kind required): minimum of 2 years.

• An ability to prioritise and delegate.
