The Position

• We’re hiring strong backend engineers to join our core engineering teams across Banking, Loans, Core Tech Platform, and Cards.
• You will be part of a team responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining backend systems that power our key financial products and platforms.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services for core financial products.
• Write production-grade code with a focus on reliability, maintainability, and testability.
• Work with distributed systems and ensure observability and performance across environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver backend solutions that align with business and product goals.
