We are recruiting to fill the positions below:

1.) Driver

Job Locations: Gwarimpa, Gudu, Wuse, Lokogoma and Kubwa, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are hiring experienced and reliable drivers to support our retail operations by ensuring safe and timely delivery of goods between branches, warehouses, and suppliers.
• The driver will also assist with receiving and verifying goods delivered to the store, ensuring accurate documentation and proper handling of items.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport goods, supplies, and store items safely between warehouse and retail branches.
• Assist the store receiving team during offloading, counting, and verification of incoming goods.
• Ensure delivery notes, invoices, and waybills are properly signed and filed after each trip.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks (oil, tires, fuel, water, lights) before and after use.
• Maintain accurate trip logs and report any maintenance needs or irregularities.
• Observe all traffic regulations and company safety policies.
• Support the logistics or warehouse team in moving goods within the store premises when required.
• Report promptly any damaged or missing items noticed during receiving or delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of SSCE / OND certificate.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience driving for retail, logistics, or FMCG organizations.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Familiarity with receiving and delivery documentation (delivery notes, waybills, stock transfer forms).
• Good knowledge of Abuja routes and neighboring areas.
• Physically fit and able to assist with light loading/unloading when needed.
• Punctual, trustworthy, and attentive to detail.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.

2.) Baker

Job Location: Kubwa, Gwarimpa - Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking for a skilled and passionate Baker to join our bakery team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience creating high-quality breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods in a fast-paced environment such as a bakery, hotel, restaurant, or catering establishment.
• You will be responsible for producing consistent products, maintaining quality standards, controlling costs, and supporting innovation in our bakery offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a wide range of breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other bakery items according to recipes and production schedules.
• Develop new recipes and innovate products that meet customer preferences and seasonal trends.
• Maintain high standards of product quality, taste, and presentation at all times.
• Monitor and manage ingredient inventory; ensure proper storage and rotation of raw materials.
• Ensure accurate measurement and portion control to minimize waste and manage costs.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the bakery area.
• Operate, clean, and maintain baking equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work closely with management to plan production, forecast demand, and meet daily targets.
• Train and mentor junior bakery staff, where necessary.
• Collaborate with restaurant and retail teams to align bakery output with business needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience (minimum of 5 years) as a Baker in a bakery, hotel, restaurant, or catering environment.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety standards.
• Ability to work with precision and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Creativity and willingness to innovate with recipes and product presentations.
• Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to stand for long hours.
• Certification or training in baking/pastry arts is an added advantage.

Salary
N150,000 monthly (negotiable, based on experience and skill level)

3.) Loader

Job Location: Gwarimpa, Jahi - Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking reliable and physically fit Loaders to assist with the loading, unloading, and movement of goods within our retail and warehouse operations.
• The ideal candidate will ensure that products are handled safely and efficiently to support smooth store and logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods from delivery trucks, containers, and storage areas.
• Arrange and stack items safely on pallets, shelves, or designated areas.
• Assist drivers and inventory staff in verifying quantities during loading/unloading.
• Handle products with care to prevent damage or loss.
• Use basic handling equipment (pallet jacks, trolleys, etc.) where required.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of loading/unloading areas.
• Follow company safety procedures and wear the required protective gear.
• Report any damaged goods, shortages, or safety hazards promptly to supervisors.

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent.
• Previous experience in loading/unloading, warehouse, or logistics roles is an advantage.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy items safely.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Salary
N70,000 / month.
