1.) Maintenance Officer

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilties

• Ensures the functionality, safety, and aesthetic appeal of hotel facilities by performing preventative and corrective repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural systems.
• Handle daily guest maintenance requests
• Conduct inspections
• Maintain equipment to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3 years of experience.

Salary
N120,000 monthly.

2.) Rceptionist (Hotel)

• Managing Reservations and Bookings
• Handling Guest Complaints and Requests
• Providing Information About the Hotel and Surrounding Area
• Performing Daily Administration and Bookkeeping
• Coordinating with Other Departments
• Handling Lost and Found Items
• Operating the Telephone and Communication System
• Monitoring Lobby Security.
