1.) Head of HR & Admin

Job Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Purpose


  • Leading a HR & Admin team in a rapidly growing, fast paced environment, the role will focus on developing a robust and dynamic focused HR function that drives people and performance and is outcome driven to enable our growth. In summary, the role is responsible for building a strong, fun, and productive culture: less rigid, more heart.

Responsibilities 

  • Update HR strategy and policy to remain consistent with evolving business objectives, people requirements, and general good practice for continued growth
  • Foster and build relationships with key stakeholders by developing a clear understanding of the various business units and how they can be supported by HR as a business partner
  • Proactively anticipate and identify organizational human capital development needs and recommend strategic initiatives to address them
  • Leverage data intelligence using HRIS metrics to manage and optimize human capital management within the organization
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of current legislation relating to labor relations, employment law, and standards to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to acquire and retain great talents
  • Proactively build external networks, within and outside of the manufacturing industry, to build your professional and market knowledge and to bring insight and ideas to senior management
  • Improve the overall recruitment strategy by overseeing the implementation of contemporary hiring approaches to ensure we have the right people, in the right roles, at the right time, for our business needs
  • Execute a comprehensive strategy to improve the overall experience of the organization’s workforce, including employee onboarding progress, creating programs to promote a strong employee experience, career development, and improving the overall workplace culture
  • Champion the implementation of capacity building through learning and development initiatives to support identified gaps
  • Oversee the smooth running of all HR departmental operations such as health insurance, payroll administration, compensation/benefits management, rewards, and many more
  • Supervise all administrative activities through the admin team on travel management, housekeeping, vendor management amongst others

The Ideal Candidate

  • Should have previous experience working as a progressive HRBP preferably in a fast-paced, growth environment
  • Should have experience executing (and ideally designing) change management, performance management, coaching, employee engagement, total rewards processes
  • Should know how to include people and make them feel a part of a broader purpose. You should be instinctively drawn to people with diverse experiences and skills and recognize the attributes that come together to form a powerful and inclusive team
  • Should be convinced about the power of culture, believe that culture eats strategy for breakfast, and understand the role of HR in developing culture
  • Should be motivated to help people learn, stretch, and excel. You should be a leader who brings out the best in others by creating leadership and opportunities at all levels
  • Staff well-being, welfare, and engagement come naturally to you
  • Should have strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and numerical ability
  • Should be a data-driven decision-maker and pragmatic problem solver who can find root causes of issues and gain leadership support to address them

Qualifications

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in human resources management in a leadership capacity
  • BSc or MSc in related field (MBA is an added advantage)
  • Relevant professional certifications such as CIPM

N750,000 (Gross Salary)

2.) Accountant

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Our client is seeking for an Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all accounting transactions and prepare budget forecasts.
  • Publish financial statements on time and handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
  • Ensure timely bank payments and computes taxes and prepare tax returns.
  • Audit financial transactions/documents and reinforce financial data.
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any finance-related course.
  • 0 - 2 years of experience in accounting/finance.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Hands-on experience with accounting softwares like FreshBooks and Quickbooks
  • Age profile: under 30 years of age, preferably female.
  • ICAN is a plus.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 Monthly.

3.) Head of Information Technology & Digital Health

Job Locations: Lagos and Ogun
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Summary

  • A leading tertiary healthcare institution committed to providing exceptional medical care and promoting holistic well-being is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Information Technology & Digital Health to lead their IT department and drive digital transformation initiatives.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic IT plans, optimizing digital health solutions, and ensuring the seamless operation of their technology infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the IT strategy in alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Lead the IT department, providing direction, guidance, and mentorship to IT staff members.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, data protection laws, and industry standards related to IT and digital health.
  • Manage IT projects, budgets, and resources effectively to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration within the IT department and across the hospital.
  • Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure to support her operations.
  • Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and digital health solutions to enhance patient care, operational efficiency, and data security.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to integrate digital health solutions into existing workflows and processes.
  • Stay informed about trends and developments in healthcare IT, digital health, and telemedicine, and assess their potential impact on her operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (minimum 7 years) in IT leadership roles (Experience within the healthcare industry is preferable).
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare IT systems, electronic health records (EHR), telemedicine platforms, and digital health technologies.
  • Strong project management skills with experience leading complex IT projects from conception to implementation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
