1.) Finance Manager
Job Location: Opebi, Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
- Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing effective financial controls.
- Leading the annual budgeting process and providing ongoing variance analysis.
- Conducting financial analysis and providing insights to support business decisions and financial planning.
- Preparing accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Managing relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
- Providing guidance and support to the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in finance and accounting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- 4 years work experience.
- Proven experience in financial management, preferably within the fintech or technology industry.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced spreadsheet modeling.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and financial modeling is highly desirable.
Salary
N250,000 monthly.

2.) Personal Assistant
Job Location: Gbagada, Lagos

Job Description
Calendar Management:
- Maintain and update the employer’s schedule
- Schedule and coordinate meetings
Communication handling
- Manage and organize emails, phone calls and other messages
- Draft, edit and respond to correspondence on behalf of the employer
- Administrative Tasks:
- Perform general administrative duties like filing, document management and data entry
- Maintain Organized records, both physical and digital.
Information Research:
- Conduct research on various topics, gather data and compile results
- Provide the employer with relevant up-to-date information for decision making
Organization:
- Keep track of the employer’s to-do lists, deadlines, and priorities
- Help the employer stay organized by setting reminders and managing tasks
Personal Support:
- Complete personal tasks or errands for the employer when required and agreed upon.
- Examples may include shopping, managing personal appointments, or household tasks.
Requirements

3.) Junior Database Administrator
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Duties/ Responsibilities/Accountabilities
General Support
- Establishing the needs of users and monitoring of user access and security
- Maintaining the database definition layer
- Assist with application fault diagnosis.
- Loading data unto the system from flat files
- Conduct periodical backup operations.
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues with the Vantage Application
- Perform daily system and database monitoring, verify the integrity of all server and Vantage Application resources, systems and key processes, review System and application logs.
- Analyse data to improve overall efficiency and propose business opportunities from the analytics.
- Perform tests and evaluations regularly to ensure data security, privacy and integrity.
- Monitor database performance, implement changes and apply new patches and versions when required.
- Minimise database downtime and manage parameters to provide fast query responses.
- Define users and enable data distribution to the right user, in appropriate format and in a timely manner.

- Determine, enforce and document database policies, procedures and standards.
- Excellent knowledge of data backup, recovery, security, integrity, and SQL, PLSQL, MSSQL

- Possess ongoing affiliations with IT personnel in successful companies and organizations that practice effective IT Management.
Key Performance Indicators / Performance Goals
- Availability of infrastructure(Infrastructure, Information systems, application)
- Duration of database and application down time
- Customer Satisfaction Level
- No of SQL Performance tuning done per quarter
- Problem detection time
- Backup integrity
- No of successful backup restore operations done per quarter.
- Average lead time to acknowledge and respond to help desk complaints ( ! support)
- Average response time to resolve complaints logged.
- Development of efficient and short queries
QHSE Responsibilities
- Perform their work in a safe manner.
- Ensure by their actions, they do not put at risk, the health and safety of other employees, contractors, sub-contractors, visitors, clients or temporary staff.
- Report workplace hazards immediately to their managers/HOD’s. Each staff is expected to raise at least 12 hazard
- observations in a year.
- Cooperate with management in the implementation of HSE initiatives.
- Participate fully in HSE programs.
- Report any incidents or injury which occurs at, or in connection, with their work.

General Support:
- Provide advice on the most suitable IT choices ·
- Provide technical support or training for systems and networks ·
- Act as link between end users and high-level support (provides L1 support) ·
- Install and configure software and hardware (printers, network cards etc.) ·
- Collaborate with other professionals to maintain standards and functionality.
- Manage network servers and technology tools.
- Develop expertise to train staff on modern technologies.
- Monitor system and network performance · Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and data restoration ·
- Performance maintenance activities (e.g. backups) ·and ensures the backup infrastructure works efficiently.
- Maintain licenses and upgrade schedules.
