The company's focus is to provide healthy oil as a cooking medium to its customers. The company is Nigeria's trusted name for supply of refined palm oil, palm kernel oil, olein, soybean Oil, stearin, soybean meal, soy lecithin, and palm kernel de-oiled cake. Our oils are used as healthy cooking medium. Soybean meal and palm kernel de-oiled cake are used in premier poultry / animal feed.

The company's products have been duly certified by the appropriate regulatory agencies Such as the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC), Standard Organization of Nigeria (SON) and National Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency (NESREA). We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Tank Farm Operator

Job Location: Lagos
Job type: Full-time

Requirements

• WAEC or equivalent certificate. Additional certifications in chemical handling or tank farm management are a plus.
• 3-4 years of experience in tank farm operations within a vegetable oil refinery or related industry.
• Proficient in operating tank farm equipment and systems.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and practices. Knowledge of hazardous material handling and emergency response procedures.
• Ability to conduct precise quality checks, maintain accurate records, adjust processing parameters, and ensure cleanliness in the processing area, meeting GMP cleanliness standards.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with various teams and report operational status accurately.

2.) Tank Farm Supervisor

Job Location: Sagamu, Ogun
Job type: Full-time

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in tank farm management within a vegetable oil refinery or related industry.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and practices. Knowledge of hazardous material handling and emergency response procedures.
• Ability to conduct precise quality checks, maintain accurate records, adjust processing parameters, and ensure cleanliness in the processing area, meeting GMP cleanliness standards.
• Proficient in operating tank farm equipment and systems. Basic knowledge of automation systems and inventory management software.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Proven ability to motivate, mentor, and guide teams toward operational excellence.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with various teams and report operational status accurately.

3.) Procurement Quality Control Analyst

Job Locations: Benue, Kaduna, Katsina, Kogi and Oyo
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Quality Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, production processes, to ensure they meet established quality standards. Perform sensory evaluations, chemical tests, and physical analyses as necessary.
• Adherence to Standards: Ensure that all quality tests are conducted in accordance with established standards, of operation (SOP), and GMP guidelines.
• Quality Assurance: Collaborate with production teams to establish and enforce quality assurance procedures throughout the production process. Conduct regular checks on production activities to ensure compliance.
• Root Cause Analysis: Investigate quality-related incidents or defects, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement preventive measures.
• Quality Testing: Conduct comprehensive quality tests on raw materials, intermediate products,This includes sensory evaluation, chemical analysis, and microbiological testing.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of quality control activities, including test results, batch records, and inspection reports. Prepare accurate and comprehensive documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
• Housekeeping and GMP: Maintain impeccable housekeeping standards within the laboratory and quality control area. Adhere strictly to GMP guidelines, ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of equipment, workspaces, and personal hygiene to produce safe and high-quality products.

The Person

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in quality control within the food industry, preferably in vegetable oil refining or a related sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Proficiency in various quality testing methods, instruments, and laboratory equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address quality issues and implement effective solutions.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate testing and documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate quality-related information and insights.
• Familiarity with quality management software and MS Office applications.
