We are recruiting to fill the following position below:

1.) Head, Performance & Data Management

Job Location: Lagos
Job Type: Contract

Description


  • Responsible for Field operations performance analysis and reporting
  • Leads the development of tools to enhance data analytics and performance management
  • Performs consistency and accuracy checks on FOPS data (HSE, Production, Maintenance, Inspection, Asset integrity, Integrated Operations Planning, Finance, Process & Flow Assurance)

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Petroleum, Chemical Engineering or in any related discipline
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in an oil producing or service company. Production engineering knowledge, oil and gas processing, flow measurement, hydrocarbon accounting (NPDMS), and reservoir engineering.
  • Experience in production data management in the environment of NPDMS, PI, MS Excel (Advanced Level), MS PowerPoint and PowerBI
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in English

2.) Senior Drilling Contracts Engineer

Job Location: Lagos
Job Type: Contract

Requirements

  • B.Sc. Chem / Mech / Prod Eng / Accountancy or any other Degree Equivalent. Relevant Procurement Certifications and/or Master’s degree in C&P relevant area will be an added advantage but not compulsory.
  • Minimum of 6 years of cognate experience, 3 of which must be within Drilling Department in an Oil and Gas Producing Company.
  • Contracting and procurement for drilling & completion activities. Knowledge of contracts for such contracts and the industry's major service contractors. Familiar with the requirements for offshore drilling activities; rigs, support bases, vessels, helicopters etc. Experience with contracting through the NipeX portal as an Operator.
  • Integrity, stakeholder management, effective communicator, attention to detail, thoroughness, ability to; self-regulate, prioritize tasks and manage workload, able to document and file appropriately, computer proficiency; must be able to use Microsoft suite of applications, NipeX and learn Company's other computer systems.

3.) Drilling Contracts Engineer

Job Location: Lagos
Job Type: Contract

Requirements

  • B.Sc. Chem / Mech / Prod Eng / Accountancy or any other Degree Equivalent. Relevant Procurement Certifications and/or Master’s degree in C&P relevant area will be an added advantage but not compulsory.
  • 10-15 years of cognate experience, 5 of which must be within Drilling Department in an Oil and Gas producing company.
  • Contracting and procurement for the full suite of drilling & completion activities, tangibles and services. Thorough knowledge of contract terms for such contracts and the industry's major service contractors. Very familiar with the particular requirements for offshore drilling activities; rigs, support bases, vessels, helicopters etc.
  • Integrity, leadership, stakeholder management, excellent communicator and presenter, attention to detail, thoroughness, ability to self-regulate; ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and manage workload, computer proficiency; must be able to use Microsoft suite of applications and learn Company's other computer systems.

4.) Vendor Registration Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Requirements

  • B.Sc. Chem / Mech / Prod Eng / Accountancy or any other Degree Equivalent.
  • Graduate  ideally with 1 or 2 years of relevant working experience.

5.) Operations & Planning Manager

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Type: Contract

Description

  • Manage the operational team of engineers, technicians, and contractors in achieving the companies ‘objectives
  • Manage all Non-Productive Time and Non-conformance reports promptly to ensure the achievement of the company’s production target
  • Provide key contribution to achieving Zero station Down-time through proactive risk management and contingencies planning
  • Drives cost saving and efficiency optimization initiatives
  • Develop strategies for closing gaps between actual and forecasted deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. An MBA or M.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Petroleum Engineering is an advantage
  • 10-15 years of OFSE / upstream oil industry experience
  • Commercial/technical experience with Oil & Gas service/supply company and its contracting terms and condition will be an advantage
  • An understanding of all industry legislative and regulatory requirements, including project proposals, submissions, reports, approvals, cost recovery components, and auditing
  • P&L Management experience
  • OFSE and E&P project and operations lead experience across multiple sectors: Subsurface, Reservoir, intervention and Production, Drilling, Facilities. OFSE experience field service manager or operations manager experience is an added advantage
  • Good knowledge of Industry safety procedures and environmental management systems
  • Possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and have a high level of comfort in making presentations to various stakeholders.
  • Clear leadership skills with experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams
