As a forward-thinking company, our footprint extends from cafes in Lagos and Abuja to our two arabica coffee farms, a cooperative of 121 farmers, and a dedicated roastery supplying premium coffee for both retail and B2B avenues. With our expansion, we seek a skilled and detail-oriented Internal Auditor to ensure the integrity of our financial operations and compliance with legal regulations

We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:


 1.) Professional Store and Records Manager

Job Location: Jos, Plateau
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose

  • The Store and Records Manager is responsible for custody, control, documentation, and traceability of all stocks, materials, and records relating to farm operations and coffee processing activities (wet and dry mills).
  • Ensures accurate stock management and reliable records in line with good agricultural practices, food processing standards, and internal control requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Stores & Inventory Management:

  • Manage all stores for farm, wet mill, and dry mill operations, including agro-inputs, consumables, spare parts, fuel, tools, PPE, and packaging materials
  • Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries against approved requisitions
  • Maintain accurate bin cards, stock registers, and issue vouchers
  • Issue materials strictly based on approved requisitions
  • Ensure proper storage conditions, chemical segregation, and FIFO/FEFO principles
  • Conduct routine checks and periodic stock taking with Farm Manager and accountant.

Records & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records for agro-input usage, wet mill processing, dry mill processing, packaging, storage, and dispatch
  • Ensure traceability of coffee from farm to storage
  • Organize and archive records (manual and electronic)
  • Prepare summary reports for management review

Reporting & Working Relationships:
Reports to Farm Manager

  • Collaborate with Agronomist on inputs and usage recording
  • Collaborate with Accountant on reconciliation, valuation, cost tracking, and audits
  • Collaborate with QC Team: reflect grading and lot approvals in records; movement of coffee occurs only after QC clearance

Authority & Role Boundaries

  • QC Team controls grading, lot approval, and release
  • Store & Records Manager responsible for custody, documentation, labeling, and traceability
  • Delegated tasks must be verified; manager accountable for all records

Delegation, Supervision & Accountability:

  • Delegate tasks as required; supervise and verify all work
  • Fully accountable for accuracy, completeness, and integrity of stock and records

Compliance, Safety & Good Practice:

  • Ensure safe handling/storage of chemicals
  • Monitor issuance of PPE
  • Support internal reviews, buyer visits, and audits
  • Report damaged, expired, obsolete, or missing items

Reporting & Systems:

  • Prepare stock status, consumption, and variance reports
  • Maintain records using manual and digital registers
  • Recommend improvements to systems and store layout Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Accuracy of stock and records
  • Availability of inputs
  • Traceability completeness
  • Compliance with internal controls
  •  Reduction in losses and expiries

Qualifications & Experience

  • OND/HND or Bachelor’s in Business Admin, Supply Chain, Agribusiness, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in stores, inventory, or records management; farm or agro processing preferred

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong record-keeping and inventory control
  • Ability to supervise delegated tasks
  • Basic knowledge of agro-inputs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Attention to detail and integrity
  • Good communication and coordination skill

2.) Assistant Farm Manager

Job Location: Jos, Plateau
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • As we continue to expand and strengthen our farm and processing operations, we are seeking a disciplined, proactive, and results-driven Assistant Farm Manager to support daily farm activities, ensure operational efficiency, and uphold high agricultural and processing standards across our coffee estates.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Directly supervises farm staff and seasonal workers during field operations on both company farms as assigned by the Farm Manager; assigns tasks, monitors performance, and ensures compliance with schedules, standards, and safety procedures.
  • Coordinates teams in the absence of the Farm Manager
  • Ensures delegated tasks are executed efficiently and safely.

Job Purpose

  • The Assistant Farm Manager supports the Farm Manager in planning, supervising, and coordinating farm and processing operations across all company farms, ensuring that all field activities and processing schedules are executed efficiently, in compliance with quality standards, and in line with budgeted resources.
  • The AFM acts as the deputy to the Farm Manager and ensures continuity of operations in their absence.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Support & Supervision:

  • Assist in implementing farm and processing plans, including planting, irrigation, spraying, fertilization, and harvesting schedules.
  • Oversee day-to-day activities in both farm and processing operations to ensure timely and efficient execution.
  • Coordinate with Store & Records Manager, Agronomist, QC Team, and Accountant to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), safety standards, and internal policies.

Planning & Reporting:

  • Support the Farm Manager in operational planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Record operational data including labor, input usage, and field activities.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly farm and processing reports for review by the Farm Manager.

Problem-Solving & Decision Support:

  • Identify operational bottlenecks and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Make operational decisions in the absence of the Farm Manager while ensuring alignment with overall farm objectives.
  • Support management in implementing corrective measures during operational or quality deviations. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Timely execution of field and processing activities
  • Compliance with GAP, safety, and quality standards

Qualifications & Experience

  • HND / B.Sc in Agronomy, Agribusiness, Crop Science, or related field
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in farm operations, preferably in coffee or horticultural estates
  • Supervisory experience or team leadership preferred.

3.) Professional Chef

Job Description

  • We are seeking a warm, professional, and detail-oriented Hostess to serve as the first and final point of contact for our guests. As a Hostess, you will play a critical role in shaping the guest experience by delivering exceptional hospitality, managing reservations and guest flow, and acting as a brand ambassador for our premium coffee and dining concept.
  • This role goes beyond greeting and seating guests. You will be responsible for guest engagement, front-of-house coordination, online customer interaction, and order processing, ensuring a seamless experience across dine-in, takeout, and delivery services.
  • The ideal candidate is polished, articulate, highly organized, and passionate about customer service, specialty coffee, and hospitality excellence.
  • Your responsibilities align with this Job Description; however, this list is not exhaustive. You may be required to perform additional tasks as assigned by Management to support the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome all guests upon arrival, ensuring a professional, friendly, and inviting first impression

  • Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently, ensuring optimal seating arrangements and smooth restaurant flow

  • Process and confirm dine-in reservations, takeaway orders, and delivery requests received online

  • Accurately process orders and payments using the POS system, including confirmation of bank transfers where applicable
  • Ensure all dine-in, pickup, and delivery orders are correctly entered, verified, and documented
  • Liaise effectively with kitchen staff, baristas, bar staff, and roastery teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Communicate guest preferences, dietary requirements, and special requests clearly to relevant teams
  • Monitor order progress and proactively update guests on delays or changes
  • Maintain organized records of customer demographics, reservation trends, online orders, and sales insights as required
  • Support management by providing feedback or basic reports to improve guest experience and operational efficiency
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable host stand and front-of-house area at all times

Qualifications & Experiences

  • First Degree (B.SC./ HND) in a relevant field
  • 1–2 years of post NYSC experience in a similar hostess, front desk, or customer-facing role (hospitality or F&B preferred)
  • Prior experience in a premium café, restaurant, or hospitality environment is an advantage
  • Knowledge of specialty coffee or fine dining concepts is a plus
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Ready to work Six (6) days in a week
  • Proximity to Victoria Island and its enviros is Preffered.
