1.) Nvault Manager
Job Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- The Nvault Manager is responsible for the overall management, growth, and performance of the bank’s mobile banking application.
- The role involves overseeing product development, user acquisition, app store performance (downloads, ratings, and reviews), customer engagement, and ensuring that the app delivers a seamless digital banking experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the strategic management of the mobile app to ensure continuous growth and adoption.
- Drive app downloads and customer onboarding across Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Monitor app store performance metrics, including downloads, active users, retention, ratings, and reviews.
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns to increase app visibility, downloads, and usage.
- Collaborate with IT, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure app functionality, security, and excellent user experience.
- Track user feedback and analytics to recommend product enhancements and bug fixes.
- Provide regular performance reports on downloads, user activity, and app revenue contribution.
- Ensure compliance with CBN, NIBSS, and other regulatory guidelines relating to digital banking.
- Train and guide branch and marketing staff on promoting the app to customers.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in digital banking, mobile app management, product management, or fintech.
- Experience in managing mobile app adoption, digital channels, or electronic banking products.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of digital banking, fintech, and mobile app ecosystems.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze app performance and user behavior.
- Excellent communication, marketing, and project management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams.

2.) Investment Officer
Job Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- The Investment Officer is responsible for driving the growth of the bank’s deposit portfolio by sourcing new customers, marketing deposit products, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- The role is target-driven and focused on mobilizing deposits from individuals, SMEs, and corporate organizations in line with the bank’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Aggressively mobilize deposits (savings, current, fixed/investment deposits) to meet assigned targets.
- Market the bank’s investment and liability products to new and existing customers.
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across retail, SME, and corporate segments.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and retention.
- Provide advisory to customers on available deposit and investment products to suit their financial needs.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly deposit targets as assigned by management.
- Prepare and submit marketing reports on deposit mobilization activities.
- Monitor competitors’ deposit rates and marketing strategies, and provide feedback to management.
- Cross-sell other bank products and services to deposit customers.
Qualifications & Experience
- HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in deposit mobilization, marketing, or sales in commercial, microfinance bank or fintech
- Proven ability to meet and exceed set deposit targets.
Skills & Competencies:

3.) Head, Investment Advisory
Job Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- Investment Advisory is responsible for developing and managing the Bank investment portfolios and customer relationships, providing strategic investment advice and ensuring optimal returns in line with the bank’s objectives and regulatory guidelines.
- The role involves evaluating market trends, identifying investment opportunities and managing client portfolios.
- The Head is responsible for managing and growing the investment portfolios of high-net-worth clients, institutions, and corporate customers by providing expert investment advisory, portfolio structuring, and wealth preservation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and mobilize deposits for investment from new and existing customers.
- Market the bank’s deposit products (savings, current, fixed deposits, and investment products) to individuals, SMEs, and corporate organizations.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly deposit targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and retention.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Cross-sell other bank products and services to deposit customers.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and recommend strategies to enhance the bank’s competitiveness.
- Provide strategic investment advice and ensure optimal returns on bank portfolio.
- Ensure strict compliance with CBN and internal policies in all deposit mobilization activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant experience in investment banking, asset management, portfolio management, or related financial services.
- Strong understanding of Nigerian financial markets.
- Proven track record of successful investment and deposit management
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
- Strong knowledge of deposit mobilization and investment strategies
- Proficiency in financial modeling
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation and interpersonal skills.
