1.) Sales and Business Developer

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Develop new partnerships, including affiliations with influencers and affiliates.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer loyalty through excellent service.
• Lead generation through various channels, including social media, cold calling, and networking.
• Close consulting packages, achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
• Weekly and monthly reporting on sales metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of sales and business development experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work on an unpaid basis for the first 3 months.

2.) Graphic Designer

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-quality graphics for web, social media, print, and other channels.
• Work closely with our Content and Digital Marketers to visualize and create engaging graphics.
• Participate in the design and creation of new branding assets.
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects.
• Translate client needs and branding strategies into design strategies.
• Evaluate design drafts for errors before printing or publishing.
• Create, edit, and animate videos for various digital platforms, including social media and web.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess OND / HND / B.Sc Degrees with 2 - 10 years of relevant work experience.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative graphic design and video editing skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to work unpaid for the first 3 months, with performance-based incentives available.

• Create, launch, and optimize ads across multiple platforms.
• Use SEO strategies to optimize all online content for search engines.
• Administer and manage all company social media platforms, ensuring a cohesive brand message.
• Engage with online communities, respond to inquiries, and foster relationships to build the brand.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years in digital marketing and content creation.
