We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Motion Designer

Job Location: Lagos
Job type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities


  • Design and animate engaging motion graphics for a variety of media, including film, TV, commercials, and digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with the creative and production teams to translate concepts and storyboards into dynamic visual experiences.
  • Utilize After Effects to craft smooth, visually appealing animations and graphical elements.
  • Contribute creative ideas to help elevate the overall look and feel of each project.
  • Revise and refine animations based on feedback to meet creative and technical standards.
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.

Requirements

  • Certificate or Degree in Motion Design, Animation, Visual Effects, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in motion design or a related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of After Effects; familiarity with other Adobe Creative Cloud tools (such as Illustrator and Photoshop) is a plus.
  • A keen eye for typography, color, and composition, with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, work independently and as part of a team.
  • A portfolio or demo reel showcasing your motion design work.

2.) Training Coordinator

Job Location: Lagos
Job type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and events for students and faculty.
  • Support instructors and trainers with materials, resources, and logistics to ensure smooth delivery of programs.
  • Communicate effectively with participants, responding to questions and providing essential information.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, feedback, and training outcomes.
  • Assist with curriculum development and the preparation of training materials.
  • Track learner progress and gather feedback to help improve future training sessions.
  • Help onboard new instructors and participants to the Academy processes and tools.
  • Collaborate with the Academy team to organize special events, guest lectures, and community-building activities.

Requirements

  • Certificate or Degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar area is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in training coordination, education administration, HR, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable using digital tools (such as MS Office, Google Workspace, or Learning Management Systems).
  • Positive attitude and a collaborative spirit.
  • Passion for helping others learn and grow.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience working in an educational or training environment.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms or virtual training tools.
  • Event planning or project management experience.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.

3.) Compositor

Job Location: Lagos
Job type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

  • As a Compositor, you will be responsible for crafting our projects’ final and often breathtaking visual effects shots.
  • Utilizing your expertise in Nuke and After Effects, you’ll seamlessly integrate all layers and elements of a shot, including live-action and computer graphics.
  • Working closely with our VFX Supervisors, you will ensure that each shot meets the highest visual effect standards while maintaining the director’s vision and overall project aesthetic.
  • Your role will involve troubleshooting compositing challenges and providing creative solutions to meet production deadlines.

Requirements

  • Certificate or Degree in Visual Effects, Computer Graphics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Compositor within the VFX or animation industry.
  • Proficiency in Nuke and After Effects is a must.
  • Strong understanding of colour, contrast, detail, and a good eye for composition and timing.
  • Knowledge of 3D principles and techniques, including camera setup, modelling for projection, camera animation, and projection setup.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your compositing work and ability to contribute to all phases of the VFX pipeline.
