Job Summary


  • The Graphics Specialist will be responsible for translating Oilserv Limited’s brand strategy, corporate messaging, and business objectives into compelling visual assets across all internal and external platforms.
  • The role requires a high level of creativity, technical proficiency, brand discipline, and the ability to deliver high-quality design solutions within defined timelines.
  • The successful candidate will support Oilserv’s positioning as a leading Pan-African EPC company by ensuring visual consistency, clarity, and professionalism across all brand collateral.

Job Details
Brand and Corporate Communications Design:

  • Develop high-quality graphic designs for corporate communications materials, including brochures, newsletters, annual reports, corporate profiles, presentations, calendars, and internal publications. 
  • Design visual assets for press releases, media features, corporate announcements, and stakeholder communications. 
  • Ensure strict adherence to Oilserv Limited’s brand guidelines, visual identity, and tone across all design outputs.

Digital and Social Media Design:

  • Create engaging graphics and visual content for Oilserv’s website, social media platforms, and digital campaigns. 
  • Support the development of infographics, motion graphics (where applicable), and visual storytelling assets to enhance digital engagement. 
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Communications team to visually interpret campaign concepts and editorial content.

Event, Exhibition, and Outdoor Branding:

  • Design branding materials for conferences, exhibitions, industry events, and corporate engagements, including booth designs, banners, backdrops, signage, and branded merchandise. 
  • Work closely with vendors and fabricators to ensure design accuracy and quality during production and installation.

Internal Collaboration and Support:

  • Work closely with Corporate Communications, Brand Management, HR, Business Development, and other internal stakeholders to understand design requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose visuals. 
  • Provide creative input during campaign planning, presentations, and strategic initiatives.

Quality Control and Production Management:

  • Prepare final artwork files for print and digital production, ensuring accuracy in specifications, color management, and resolution. 
  • Review proofs and samples to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with approved designs. 
  • Manage version control and maintain an organized digital asset library.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Graphics Specialist or Graphic Designer, preferably within a corporate, EPC, energy, or industrial environment.
  • Demonstrable portfolio showcasing strong corporate design, branding, and communication materials.
