1.) Reliance Care Officer
Job Location: Lagos (Remote)

Description
- We are looking for dynamic and ambitious self-starters to help respond to and resolve inquiries or issues from our customers and various stakeholders, in the most friendly and empathetic manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to requests, inquiries, and complaints from clients and prospective clients while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Assist prospective clients in their choice of the company’s health plan by providing relevant and accurate information.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate divisions for resolution and ensure optimal client satisfaction.
- Record details of customers’ complaints, feedback, and suggestions using the appropriate internal communication system.
- Convince inbound prospects to buy our health insurance products or use any of our services.
Requirements
Skills Required:
- HND / B.Sc Degree
- You have at least 1-year of experience within a Customer Service or Customer Success role (added advantage if its a bank) or ideally within the Healthcare industry (HMO)
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools.
- Willingness to work on a shift basis and on weekends.
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast-paced environments
- Must have a medical qualification or background like (Nursing, Medical lab, Pharmacist, Microbiology etc).
2.) Underwriting Team Lead
Job Location: Lagos

Description
- As a the team lead for underwriting at Reliance Health, you will play a pivotal role in assessing risk, determining pricing for incoming clients, and driving the success of our B2B and B2C health insurance products in multiple emerging markets.
- This leadership position requires a strategic mindset, a focus on maintaining ideal medical expense ratios, and implementing plans to enhance the profitability of underperforming accounts.
- You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, sales, customer success, and clinical leadership, to ensure sustained revenue growth, high retention rates, and overall profitability.
Responsibilities
- Assess risk and determine pricing for B2B and B2C health insurance products.
- Implement logical rules-based underwriting processes in alignment with industry best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, and clinical leadership.
- Prioritize tasks effectively across multiple conflicting targets, ensuring business objectives are met.
- Drive and maintain ideal medical expense ratios, ensuring profitability goals are met.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to improve profitability of underperforming accounts.
- Collaborate with data scientists to integrate predictive data science models into underwriting processes.
- Foster a collaborative and team-oriented environment, promoting effective communication and cooperation.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in the health insurance field, with a strong understanding of underwriting processes.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven track record of maintaining ideal medical expense ratios and improving account profitability.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Strong data literacy and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with working alongside predictive data science models.

3.) Talent Acquisition Officer

Job Description
- As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you will play a crucial role in attracting, identifying, and hiring top-tier talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. You will be involved in the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and preferences.
- Work with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Enhance the organization's employer brand by promoting a positive candidate experience and effectively communicating the company's values and culture.
- Implement standardized protocols for candidate communication, feedback, and offer negotiation.
- Ensure a smooth transition from the recruitment phase to the onboarding process for new hires.
- Leverage data analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts, identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, ranging from virtual interviews, resume reviews, phone screenings, and evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition, in a high-growth talent acquisition organization.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition best practices
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Collaboration skills, coupled with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
