Job Overview and Duties


  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the diverse subsidiaries of the business, ensuring cohesive operations and aligned goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's subsidiaries.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the subsidiaries.
  • Foster synergy among the different business units to drive collective growth and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with pertinent government authorities, contributing to a favourable business environment.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.

3.) Human Resource Manager

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Summary

  • Our client is currently looking to hire a Human Resource Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations within the organization.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Job Overview and Duties
The Human Resource Manager amongst other duties, will be able to:

  • Develop and implement human resources policies, procedures, and programs in line with the hospital's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Oversee employee relations, addressing and resolving employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems, including performance appraisals, goal setting, and career development plans.
  • Manage employee health and safety initiatives, including coordinating training programs and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in human resources management, proactively recommending improvements and innovative approaches.

Requirements

  • Proficient in the use of HRIS software and other relevant HR tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Solid understanding of HR metrics, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Professional certification in Human Resources Management (e.g., CIPM, HRCI) is a plus.

Salary
N350,000 - N450,000 monthly.
