1.) Floor Manager

Job Description
- We are seeking to hire a proactive, organized, and customer-focused floor manager to oversee daily operations on the floor, ensure excellent customer service, and support team performance.
- The Floor Manager will supervise staff, resolve issues efficiently, and help drive sales and excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with stock or inventory teams.
- Assist in scheduling, delegating tasks, and ensuring shift coverage.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual standards on the floor.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Prepare shift reports and provide input on staff evaluations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory or floor management role
- Strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think quickly, troubleshoot issues, and make sound decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

2.) Kitchen Manager

Job Description
- We are looking to hire an experienced chef to oversee the day-to-day operations of our kitchen.
- The ideal candidate will ensure food quality, manage kitchen staff, maintain hygiene standards, lead stock counts, and control food costs while delivering a safe and productive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate kitchen staff and organize the production and preparation of food.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes, presentation standards, and safety guidelines.
- Manage kitchen budgets, including labor costs, food costs, and waste reduction.
- Handle equipment maintenance and cleanliness of all kitchen areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Assist in menu development, costing, and seasonal updates with the head chef or executive chef.
- Work closely with both team members and other staff members to ensure smooth service.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a kitchen manager, sous chef, or similar role.
- In-depth understanding of food safety practices and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

3.) Waitress

- We are looking for a skilled Waitress to take orders and deliver food and beverages to our customers.
- The right waitress uplifts the dining experience for customers. We are looking for someone who will have the patience, personality, and perseverance to thrive in this role.
- Waitress responsibilities include greeting and serving customers, providing detailed information on menus, multi-tasking various front-of-the-house duties, and collecting the bill. If you are able to perform well in fast-paced environments, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Greet and escort customers to their tables
- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)
- Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses
- Take accurate food and drink orders using POS ordering software, order slips or by memorising
- Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff
- Serve food and drink orders
- Inform customers about the day’s specials
- Offer menu recommendations upon request
- Up-sell additional products when appropriate
- Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
- Deliver checks and collect bill payments
- Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning
- Follow all relevant health department regulations
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
Requirements
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 years of waitressing experience
- Basic math skills
- Attentiveness and patience for customers
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Active listening and effective communication skills
- Team spirit
- Flexibility to work in shifts
- High school diploma; food safety training is a plus
