Job Position: Restaurant Supervisor

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

• Responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high customer satisfaction, managing staff shifts, and maintaining health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate service and kitchen staff
• Manage staff schedules, shifts, and assign duties
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and immediately.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and handle vendor relationships.
• Maintain high-quality food, beverage, and service standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly sales and operational reports.

Job Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc. in Hospitality or a related field preferred.
• 6 months+ experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
