We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Medical Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Managing appropriately all patients as necessary.
  • Ensuring that patients understand all treatments and procedures while providing health care.
  • Ensure that referrals are attended to promptly by carrying out appropriate investigations and treatments & issuing a discharge summary to every patients prior to leaving the hospital.
  • Evaluating selected medical records of patients, case notes and discharge letters of patients at peer review.
  • Providing reports, contributing to developing, budgeting, and planning of medical services.
  • Keep all equipment clean, functional and safe for use always, and ensure that the Bio-Medical Engr. carries out routine checks on them.
  • Ensure judicious use of consumables and keep a stock of consumables against the number of tests done.
  • All cases should be documented as per the requirements of the organization.
  • Ensure that the in and out of your unit is clean at all times to keep it free from infection.
  • Explain to patients on preventive healthcare services & promote health checks considering the challenges of the place.
  • Maintain patient details, case sheets and diagnostic results of guests in electronic medical records without fail.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess MBBS / MBChB Degrees with 2+ years of relevant work experience.

2.) Customer Service Officer & Call Centre Executive

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The jobholder will be in charge of the first contact with our patients and making sure that they enjoy an excellent patients experience during their visits to the hospital. He or she will be expected to possess sound knowledge of the hospital's services.
  • As a result, he or she will be expected to respond appropriately to all the questions patients at the Front Office may have.
  • Make inbounds and outbounds calls
  • Handling patients' complaints, enquiries, etc.

Other Key Accountabilities:

  • Welcoming all patients with a warm smile
  • Follow up of patients experience
  • Providing an impeccable service to patients in order to retain them
  • Answering questions, suggestions, remarks from patients
  • Receiving and dealing with patients claims

Qualifications / Experience / Skills

  • Must be Degree-qualified in any discipline
  • One(1) year of relevant experience would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must have completed NYSC
  • Good interpersonal-relationship skills
  • Decision making skills
  • Must be able to use the MS Office applications - MS Word & MS Excel.

3.) Staff Nurse

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Result Areas

  • Carries out a full range of registered nurse duties, including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the patient’s condition and care. Maintain the privacy and dignity of all patients whilst adhering to the clinic policies, reporting any difficulties with these duties to senior staff.
  • Works without direct supervision once key learning outcomes of the induction/ foundation or preceptorship programme have been completed.
  • Fosters good relationships with other healthcare personnel, the multidisciplinary team and visitors to the clinic. Helps to achieve and maintain morale for both staff and patients.
  • Maintains a safe environment when caring for patients
  • Uses effective communication, written and verbal with all levels of staff including the multidisciplinary team, patients and relatives.
  • Adheres to the agreed procedures as identified, and promotes by example, a high standard of good quality nursing care in the clinic.
  • Providing emotional support and advice to patients
  • Able to operate appropriate medical equipment
  • Participates in the health education and explanation of treatment to patients and relatives.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees with 1+ years of relevant work experience.
