Job Description


  • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fraud Investigation Specialist to take a lead role in detecting, investigating, and preventing fraud.
  • This position requires extensive field engagement, collaboration with internal teams, and close interaction with law enforcement to ensure fraudulent activities are swiftly identified, contained, and resolved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and gather intelligence on fraud-related activities such as tampering, identity theft, impersonation, and scams.
  • Collaborate with field agents and call center teams to identify fraudulent cases and ensure timely closure.
  • Work with law enforcement agencies to pursue reported fraud and tampering cases.
  • Serve as a witness in legal proceedings related to fraud investigations.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on fraud-related incidents and trends.
  • Train and educate staff on fraud prevention practices and its impact on the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Criminal Justice, Criminology, Sociology, Psychology, Security Studies, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in fraud investigation, prevention, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in Criminal Investigations, Fraud Management, or Business Analytics is an added advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid planning and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

2.) Zonal Credit Risk Manager

Job Location: UyoAkwa Ibom

Job Description

  • We are seeking a diligent and well-organized professional to join the Risk function as a Zonal Credit Risk Manager.
  • The role involves overseeing field collections, assessing risks, identifying fraud, and ensuring credit processes align with customer expectations.
  • You will play a key role in improving payment performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and strengthening risk management practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Credit Manager in developing and enhancing credit processes and methodologies.
  • Recommend process and policy improvements to reduce operational risks.
  • Prepare reports and presentations, outlining findings and making recommendations.
  • Assist in implementing audit recommendations and conducting follow-up checks.
  • Conduct periodic spot checks on processes, identifying risks and suggesting corrective measures.
  • Investigate fraud cases, including data gathering and claimant interviews, and recommend resolutions.
  • Identify and classify potential default risks through data analysis and client interactions.
  • Prepare and submit field reports, ensuring accurate data collation and documentation.
  • Flag potential risks early and ensure timely escalation.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Credit Control, Compliance, or Risk Management.
  • Strong data collection and analysis skills.
  • Proven experience in fraud detection and investigation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced level).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Previous experience in microfinance institutions or banks preferred.
  • Multilingual skills (English & Igbo/Ibibio/Efik/Hausa) are an advantage.
  • Familiarity with the territory is desirable.

3.) Inventory & Store Executive

Job Locations: Ekiti, Enugu, Sokoto, Zamfara, Wukari - Taraba, Bida - Niger, Kogi, and Abakaliki - Ebonyi
Employment Type: Full-time
Work days: Monday - Saturday
Resumption Time: 8am - 5pm (Week days), 9am- 12pm(Saturday)

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Receive, issue, and record stock using FIFO; conduct daily counts and audits; manage faulty items and spare parts.
  • Reporting: Prepare daily stock reports; track inventory movements for restocking or replacements.
  • Repairs & Tools: Perform basic diagnostics and minor repairs; manage tools and warranty checks.
  • Store & Customer Support: Keep store clean and safe; assist walk-in customers and support field agents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in inventory, logistics, store-Keeping, or retail
  • Proficient in Excel and Word
  • Strong communication skills, integrity, and customer focus
  • Familiarity with Wukari or Bida as a location
