1.) Customer Service Representative (Real Estate)

Job Description


  • We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients, providing exceptional service, and helping to close leads.
  • Your primary focus will be to create a positive and professional experience for clients, ultimately contributing to our firm's success in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound inquiries and leads generated through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and website inquiries.
  • Build rapport with potential clients, understand their real estate needs and goals, and guide them through the initial stages of the buying or selling process.
  • Collaborate with real estate agents and other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for clients.
  • Schedule appointments and inspection of sites for clients with our agents and surveyor.
  • Follow up with leads and inquiries to nurture relationships and convert potential clients into active clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as document management, data entry, and general office support.

Qualifications

  • HND, B.Sc in any related discipline
  • Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Proficiency in using office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations is a plus.

2.) Legal Officer

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The highly skilled and experienced Legal Officer will be responsible for handling all legal and administrative issues with respect to the company.
  • The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3yrs post call to bar experience with a strong understanding of legal documentation including but not limited to property agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and review all legal documentation including letters, contracts and agreements for the company.
  • Represent the company in all real estate related transactions including property inspections, verification of land documents, and liaising with clients regarding sales, rent, etc. to ensure exceptional client service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as Management and Sales, to review property agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to identify potential risks, legal issues, and propose necessary modifications or amendments.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to Management and employees, on various legal matters, including property rights, land acquisition, contracts, leases, zoning regulations, environmental compliance, and other related issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant real estate laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks for the company and its clients.
  • Communicate and coordinate with external legal counsel, government authorities, and regulatory bodies, as required, to obtain legal advice, permits, approvals, and resolve legal matters efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of a First Degree in Law.
  • 3 years post Call to Bar experience in relevant industry.
  • Sound knowledge of relevant real estate laws, legal practices and regulations is highly desirable.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
  • A team player with leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and exercise sound judgment in decision-making.
  • High ethical standards, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate legal concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research skills, with an ability to interpret complex legal information and provide practical advice.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Must reside in Port Harcourt.

3.) Estate Surveyor

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys, calculating land boundaries in various locations and generating accurate maps and reports of survey results for our clients.
  • The candidate will oversee and ensure timely completion of projects and conduct site inspection for our numerous clients.
  • This position requires hands on experience; proficiency in the use of engineering instruments, GPS and GIS systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct surveys on land site and properties
  • Site inspection with clients
  • Preparing maps and reports of survey results.
  • Use equipment and tools to accurately measure land features
