1.) Senior Data Analyst

Job Description


  • The Senior Data Analyst will play a key role in scaling the Kampe Care initiative by providing actionable insights to drive decision-making and performance improvement.
  • The analyst will manage and analyse data across pharmacies, telemedicine, claims, and enrolments to ensure quality, affordability, and sustainability of the Kampe model.
  • This role will also ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, mentor junior analysts, and build a strong data-driven culture within the project team and partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consolidate and manage data from pharmacy partners, telemedicine platforms, insurance claims, and customer enrolments.
  • Maintain data governance processes, documentation, and audit trails.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve pharmacy performance, customer experience, and overall project outcomes.
  • Build and maintain dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) for project KPIs such as enrolment growth, customer satisfaction, claims turnaround time, and system uptime.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Finance, Compliance, and Pharmacy Network teams to understand data needs.
  • Conduct forecasting and predictive analysis to estimate enrolment growth, service utilization, and pharmacy performance under scale.
  • Mentor junior analysts and pharmacy data staff in tools, methods, and best practices.

Role Qualification
Academic/Professional:

  • BSc / Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (master’s degree a plus)

Work Experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or healthcare/insurance analytics.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Excel (advanced), Python/R.
  • ETL processes, data warehousing, and interoperability between partner systems.
  • Healthcare/insurance KPIs: claims turnaround, POCT utilization, enrolment. retention, compliance metrics.

2.) Project Manager - Kampe Care

Job Location: Lagos
Job type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The Project Manager will lead the successful transition of the Kampe Care initiative from pilot to scale.
  • This role is responsible for coordinating cross functional teams, pharmacy partners, and technology/insurance stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of the Kampe scale-up strategy.
  • The Project Manager will oversee planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting to deliver on Kampe’s mission of providing quality, affordable, and accessible primary care through community pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate across workstreams (Proposition, Technology, Operations) to achieve pilot-to-scale transition.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans and deliverables.
  • Ensure execution within approved timelines, budgets, and scope.
  • Track progress against project KPIs and adjust plans proactively to close gaps. Build strong working relationships with AXA Mansard, Drugstoc, and other partners.
  • Oversee interoperability of enrolment, telemedicine, claims, and reporting platforms.
  • Monitor accuracy, security, and timeliness of data capture and exchange across the ecosystem.
  • Track and report on key system KPIs: uptime, data accuracy, and interoperability performance.
  • Ensure adherence to medical protocols, clinical pathways, and pharmacy service standards.
  • Facilitate alignment and communication with internal stakeholders and business units.
  • Manage communication channels and governance forums to ensure collaboration and accountability.
  • Ensure smooth integration of systems between partners.
  • Monitor compliance with insurance regulations, health laws, and data privacy requirements.
  • Work with legal, risk, and compliance teams to review contracts, manage partner agreements, and mitigate liabilities.
  • Ensure pharmacies meet regulatory accreditation/certification requirements.
  • Track and report on regulatory compliance incidents (target: zero tolerance).
  • Oversee onboarding, certification, and training of pharmacies as Kampe providers.
  • Ensure smooth integration of POCTs, telemedicine, and claims

Role Qualification
Academic/Professional:

  • BSc / Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Pharmacy,
  • Public health, or any related field from a reputable Tertiary Institution.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.

Work Experience:

  • 8 - 10 years of experience in project management, preferably within insurance, public health, provider network, or digital project environments, will be an added advantage.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Project Management Tools & Methodologies: Proficiency with MS Project,
  • Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar; strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches.
  • Technology & Systems Integration
  • Data & Reporting: Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Healthcare/Insurance Knowledge

3.) Pharmacy Network Supervisor

Job Location: Lagos
Job type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Pharmacy Network Supervisor will oversee field monitoring teams and ensure effective supervision of community pharmacies enrolled in the Kampe Care initiative.
  • The role is accountable for ensuring that pharmacies comply with Kampe standards, deliver quality healthcare services, and provide excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise Pharmacy Network Field Workers/Monitoring Officers across assigned regions.
  • Review and validate reports from monitoring teams for accuracy and completeness.
  • Escalate systemic issues, fraud risks, or high-risk incidents to the Head of Pharmacy Benefit and Project Manager.
  • Liaise with central teams (Technology, Claims, Operations, Compliance) to resolve field-level issues.
  • Develop action plans with monitoring teams to address performance or compliance gaps.
  • Support management in implemen..ng mi..ga..on strategies across the network.

Role Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field (master’s degree is a plus).
  • 4-6 years of experience in healthcare supervision, provider relations, or field operations.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Data collection validation and reporting (Excel, Power BI, or mobile data tools).
  • Knowledge of network or pharmacy operations, primary care, and claims processes
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to balance field realities with project targets.
