We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Maintenance Manager, Wet Condiment
Job Location: Sango Ota, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Supervising and leading all maintenance processes and operations in the wet condiment section.
- Regularly interfacing with the Production team to ensure all machines are working optimally to meet daily targets and avert/mitigate any machine breakdown.
- Developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules in the section.
- Utilising predictive maintenance techniques to identify potential failures.
- Monitoring equipment performance to reduce unplanned downtime.
- Tracking expenses and overseeing the budget for maintenance.
- Maintaining all machinery in the wet condiment to ensure it’s at working standards.
- Creating and implementing maintenance procedures.
- Supervising and training maintenance staff to ensure proficiency.
- Delegating tasks and managing workflow to meet deadlines.
- Promoting a culture of safety and efficiency within the team.
- Planning and managing all repair and installation activities.
- Ensuring all department workers in the wet condiment department adhere to the safety policies and procedures.
- Assigning repair schedules and evaluating repair cost estimates.
- Conducting regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
- Sourcing and negotiating contracts for equipment and services.
- Monitoring vendor performance and adherence to agreements.
- Managing relationships to ensure quality and timely support.
- Documenting and preparing daily progress reports and maintenance logs.
- Overseeing equipment stock and placing orders for new supplies when necessary.
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned by Management.
Requirements and Skills
- Candidate must have a minimum of a BSc/HND in any relevant discipline required, including Engineering, Facility Management, etc.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance.
- Previous managerial experience would be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of the technical features of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.
- Strong knowledge of facilities, machines and equipment.
- Excellent organisational and leadership abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary
N500,000 - N750,000 Monthly.

2.) Production Operator, Mixing and Cubbing
Job Location: Sango Ota, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Ensure the machines run efficiently and effectively during the shift to deliver planned volume and OEE.
- Ensure that the Machine Guards and interlocks are in place and functional without bypassing them.
- Adherence to Environment, Health, and Safety procedures.
- Ensure adequate monitoring of CCPs in a production area.
- Sustainably delivers quality products that meet consumer specifications.
- Ensure strict compliance with GMP, Good housekeeping/5S, and Food safety procedures at the beginning, during, and close of Production.
- Carry out checks on the output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws.
- Carry out quality checks at regular intervals on all products from the machine to reduce waste.
- Control and adjust machine settings (e.g., weight, height, tempt, sealing integrity, and speed).
- Ensure product specifications are checked periodically for accuracy.
- Ensure the running of the lines with minimal waste incurred.
- To call the attention of maintenance when needed and report problems before they occur.
- Ensure all machine daily production activities are properly recorded in the logbook.
- Excellent knowledge of good manufacturing practice (GMP) and food safety skills.
- Promote a save-energy initiative by ensuring Machines are off when not in operation.
- Ensure that the CIP checklist is daily updated and signed.
- Report all near-miss cases by filling out the forms and closing open actions.
- All persons shall have the responsibility to report problem(s) with regard to the FSMS to the identified person(s).
- Ensure all production staff have an understanding of the environmental & sustainability policy statement
- Perform all other tasks as assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess OND qualifications with 2 - 5 years of experience.
Salary
N150,000 - N230,000 monthly.

3.) Production Operator Technician, Packing
Job Location: Sango Ota, Ogun

Responsibilties
- Ensure the machines run efficiently and effectively during the shift to deliver planned volume and OEE.
- Ensure that the Machine Guards and interlocks are in place and functional without bypassing them.
- Adherence to Environment, Health, and Safety procedures is essential.
- Ensure adequate monitoring of CCPs in a production area.
- Sustainably delivers quality products that meet consumer specifications.
- Ensure strict compliance with GMP, Good housekeeping/5S, and Food safety procedures at the beginning, during, and close of Production.
- Carry out checks on the output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws.
- Carry out quality checks at regular intervals on all products from the machine to reduce waste.
- Periodically ensure all the parameters, e.g., weight, alignment, perforation, and sealing integrity, align with the specification.
- Report all near-miss cases by filling out the forms and closing open actions.
- To ensure all machine daily production activities are properly recorded in the logbook.
- Ensure quality production of products by following all the quality monitoring processes during the operation.
- Ensure products specification are checked periodically for accuracy.
- Ensure smooth running of the lines with minimal waste incurred.
- Ensure all production staffs understand environmental & sustainability policy statement.
- Excellent knowledge of good manufacturing practice (GMP) food safety skill.
- Perform other task as may be assigned by Management.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess OND / HND qualification with 2 - 7 years of experience.
Salary
N180,000 - N250,000 monthly.
