  • As the Subsea Projects & Services Lead Applications Engineer, you will focus on leading the execution of operations and drive collaborations between the different subsea products and systems in order to deliver quality services & products and services to our customers.

Responsibilities
As the Subsea Projects & Services Lead Applications Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the services delivery and operations teams to achieve excellence in technical support and engineering support to our customer.
  • Being the senior point of contact for all technical and operational matters for the customer.
  • Leading different product lines services delivery teams, Technical Managers, Engineers and the relevant SMEs in addressing issues risen during the execution of operations for the customer.
  • Handling all technical escalations from the customer and leverage the relevant organization engineering infrastructure to address the issues, implement lessons learned, drive closure for technical investigations and implementation of preventive measures.

Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Degree in Technology/Engineering
  • Have experience as a Senior Engineer of one key products system within the subsea products offerings, preferably in XT Systems or Production Control System.
  • Have proven ability to communicate with external stakeholders in order deliver solutions to our customers and lead the troubleshooting of issues in the field.
  • Have solid experience in product engineering.
  • Have very good communication skills with a close working relationship with the Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering and Quality teams.
  • Be able to Effectively interpret Design Requirements (Through Statements of Requirements) in order to ensure that Design Requirements are met.
  • Be able to multi-task and handle tasks with competing priorities effectively while applying exceptional analytical, problem solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
  • Be open to travel (up to 50% travel).

2.) Service Delivery Coordinator - Subsea Well Interventions

  • The Service Delivery Coordinator for Subsea Well Interventions in Nigeria will be accountable for the service delivery performance for our portfolio of products and services.
  • Ensures that Baker Hughes maximizes its short- and long-term revenue, profit, and cash collection opportunity. You will enable flawless execution, on time delivery, contract adherence and cash collection for the assigned jobs.

Responsibilities
As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Owning the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues by handling all technical escalations from the customer and leverage the relevant organization engineering infrastructure to address the issues, implement lessons learned, drive closure for technical investigations and implementation of preventive measures
  • Being accountable for operational execution: project readiness assessments (iPRA), create and manage GRID work orders, pre-job briefs with Field Services Specialists and Product Service Leads, and drive Asset condition reports and end of well reports for the LWI projects in the region
  • Ensuring field services specialists are up to date on installation practices & provides support during troubleshooting/etc
  • Being familiar with the assigned client’s process for Management of Change / escalation to ensure the proper process is followed when there is risk of not achieving the clients objectives
  • Providing technical support for bids and proposals: develop scope of work for additional requests from Customers that can result in variation orders or additional orders
  • Driving the operations planning, surveillance, lessons learned capture, continuous Improvement: Maintains up-to-date manuals and drawings to support installation of all kit
  • Escalating of issues that can impact service delivery promptly
  • Ensuring invoices are in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have at least an Engineering  Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Have 7 years of experience within Subsea operations and preferably Well Interventions
  • Be a collaborator with business partners, exhibiting sound interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Have effective problem identification and solution skills
  • Have good hands on knowledge of wellbore intervention
  • Be able to demonstrate good oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

3.) Service Project Manager - Industrial & Energy Technology (IET)
