1.) Creative Manager

Job Description


  • We are seeking a visionary and highly skilled Creative Manager to lead our creative team and drive the development of compelling digital and visual content across all platforms.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web design, graphic design, video and brand strategy, as well as demonstrated experience managing creative professionals and overseeing multi-disciplinary projects from concept to execution.

What you will do

  • Lead and manage the creative team, including web designers, UI/UX designers, graphic designers, and other creative professionals.
  • Oversee the creative direction and execution of all digital and visual content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business goals.
  • Design and optimize engaging, user-friendly websites, landing pages, and digital interfaces that support marketing and product strategies.
  • Develop innovative and cohesive graphic design assets for use across web, social media, email marketing, print, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact creative solutions.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and workflows to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Continuously improve design systems and processes to enhance creative output, team productivity and development.
  • Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, technologies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is mandatory but a degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Visual Communications, or related field will be an added advantage.
  • 15+ years of experience in a creative/design role, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership position.
  • Experience in UI/UX design and user-centered design principles.
  • Experience with web design, graphic design or branding.
  • Background in motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or similar.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience collaborating with front-end developers.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a remote team, manage multiple projects, and deliver exceptional creative work on deadline.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

2.) PHP Engineer (Senior and Intermediate)

Job Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • A PHP Engineer seeking an opportunity to develop and create cutting-edge solutions for our products and services, while being part of something extraordinary.

What you will do

  • Develop new web applications using customized, open-source, and off-the-shelf applications and components.
  • Maintain and enhance existing web applications and all internal integrated systems.
  • Deliver new functionality and change requests for existing applications.
  • Participate in the ongoing development of applications that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Design and implement user-driven templates, databases and interfaces (for ease of use).
  • Develop database-driven web interfaces for rapid, real-time information sharing.
  • Develop external web portals allowing users to input and retrieve accurate information.

Qualifications
What you bring?:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of PHP development experience
  • Recent versions of PHP (7.x preferred)
  • Relational database setup and use (MySQL 5.6 or later)
  • Hands-on front-end development utilizing HTML, CSS (or SCSS/SASS/LESS), client-side JavaScript and jQuery
  • Git version control knowledge and experience
  • Experience with RESTful API usage and implementation; experience creating/documenting an API is a plus
  • Experience with Redis (or other NoSQL key-value store) is a plus
  • Server and site performance optimization experience is a plus
  • Preferred full-stack developer, but willing to mentor on needed areas

Additional preferred skills:

  • Laravel 5.x framework (or other similar MVC)
  • Knowledge and use of Single Page Application design and implementation, including use of front-end tools such as CanJS, Vue, Aurelia, or Angular JS
  • Experience with queues/workers in a distributed workload system (e.g. Beanstalkd, RabbitMQ, Iron.io, Amazon SQS) is a plus
  • Experience with Composer, NPM, Gulp, Grunt, or other tools in the build pipeline
  • Experience with WordPress, Hooks, Theming and Plugins
  • Troubleshoot issues with web server, database, security, network, and web technologies
  • Customize, compile, install, configure, monitor and debug server instances, especially on NGINX
  • Reporting, maintenance, and test automation tools in PHP (e.g. PHPUnit)
  • Create and enhance in-house tools for website operations, support hardware & software issues

3.) Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description 

  • Collaborate with Product Owners to review and analyze business and functional requirements and design documents for sound testing strategies. 
  • Responsible for testing of a product, including writing the test plans and test cases, writing automation scripts, and testing the complete application from the UI through to the backend. 
  • Perform detailed cross-browser/cross-device testing, browser-based testing, mobile testing. 
  • Maintain requirements traceability with test case coverage. 
  • Provide expertise in understanding what to test, as well as how it should be tested. 
  • Implement test methodology best practices as defined by departmental standards. 
  • Advocate for testing standards 
  • Must maintain strong relationships with internal customers. 
  • Facilitate testing meetings, summarize results, issue/defect reporting, maintain metrics and provide go/no go recommendation. 
  • Review software and production issues as they occur for a holistic analysis of the impacts and possible causes. 
  • Create, execute, and document test plans and test cases (UAT, Integration, End-to-End, Regression, Beta), ensuring functional coverage and application performance. 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years as a professional Quality Assurance Analyst testing (8+ years if no University degree) applications with high volume and high-reliability requirements 
  • 5-year of experience in functional, integration or system testing web-based applications desired 
  • Ability to work effectively with little supervision and strong attention to detail in a team environment. 
  • Aptitude for learning new technologies; supported by solid problem solving and troubleshooting skills. 
  • Ability to work well with a variety of people with varying technical skill sets. 
  • Ability to leverage experience to deliver reliable and repeatable tests. 
  • Broad understanding of quality engineering principles and test methodologies 
  • Ability to contribute to a vision of future state of testing by troubleshooting hardware and software issues. 
  • Basic SQL, Unix/Linux skills 
  • Experience in manual testing, automation testing experience is a plus. 
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening) 
  • Experience executing test plans and scripts and verifying expected results. 
  • Strong understanding of common software development life cycles (waterfall, iterative, agile) and contemporary software quality assurance processes and automated tools.
