Eat ‘N’ Go limited officially started operation in August 2012 with the premier store at 4, Saka Tinubu Victoria Island, Lagos. Today, Eat N' Go has about 100 stores (outlet) across Nigeria and still growing.

We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Administrative Manager

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description


  • The Administrative Manager is responsible for overseeing the administrative coordination, compliance, and reporting functions of the maintenance department.
  • This role ensures that all maintenance activities are documented, tracked, and reported efficiently through digital tools including the ticketing system, diesel remote monitoring, and online history  cards.
  • The role also supports ISO audit readiness, asset tracking, stafftraining, and ensures continuous improvement in maintenance operations through organized data-driven practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ticketing Services Management: Organize and track maintenance service requests using a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
  • Report Writing & Review: Review maintenance reports for accuracy and completeness; draft clear, concise, and actionable reports.
  • Departmental Organization: Improve the quality and structure of maintenance reports and records, emphasizing prioritization and follow-up.
  • Issue Analysis & Categorization: Identify recurring maintenance issues and determine root causes (human error, wear and tear, or equipment malfunction).
  • Item Tagging & Tracking: Implement a system for tracking maintenance tasks, ensuring all equipment and assets are properly identified and monitored.
  • Prioritization & Coordination: Prioritize maintenance tasks based on urgency and impact on operations.
  • Communication & Follow-Up: Ensure effective communication between the maintenance team and other departments, providing regular updates on task progress.
  • Quality Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to enhance the quality and efficiency of maintenance operations

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Engineering, Business Administration, Facility Management, 
    or related field.
  • Proven experience in maintenance or administrative roles, with knowledge of ticketing systems, reporting, and process management.
  • Knowledge of Basic Navision is highly required. 
  • Experience in QSR, retail, or FMCG industry is an added advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to analyze data and recognize patterns in recurring maintenance issues.
  • Familiarity with maintenance procedures, systems, and equipment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).

2.) Commissary Supervisor

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Type: Full Time

Job Description

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Commissary Supervisor to oversee the daily production of pastries in our commissary.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising production activities, ensuring product quality and consistency, managing inventory, maintaining hygiene standards, and coordinating with relevant departments to meet daily and weekly production targets.

Qualifications

  • Coordinate with the Head Chef/Production Manager on production schedules and output targets.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods and communicate timely restocking needs.
  • Assign duties to production staff and ensure optimal use of manpower and resources.
  • Conduct routine checks to ensure adherence to recipe specifications and portion controls.
  • Train and mentor pastry team members to improve technical skills and maintain high standards.
  •  Maintain accurate records of production output, waste, and ingredient usage.
  • Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and store teams to ensure timely delivery and distribution of products.
  •  Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the appropriate department.
  • Enforce discipline, timekeeping, and safety protocols within the commissary team.

Reports:

  • Daily Production & Dispatch Report – Summarizes quantities of pastries produced and dispatched to various outlets.
  • Raw Material Usage & Wastage Report – Tracks ingredient consumption against recipes and highlights any wastage.
  • Inventory Stock Count & Reconciliation Report – Provides weekly/monthly physical stock checks and system alignment.
  • Quality Control & Hygiene Compliance Report – Documents inspection results on product quality, cleanliness, and food safety.
  • Equipment & Maintenance Log Report – Records machine performance, breakdowns, and maintenance activities

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on baking experience in a professional or high-volume production setting.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in commissary, kitchen, or production management.
  • Strong knowledge of pastry and bakery operations, including recipe execution, portion control, and inventory handling.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  •  Sound knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP) and kitchen hygiene practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

3.) Production Supervisor

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Measuring, Mixing and feeding batches of raw materials into production machinery
  • Managing the Quality control measure in the area
  • Submitting the production report and tracking measures of operations
  • Operating production line equipment, like a Mixer, Rounder and divider line in a canning factory
  • Assembling goods on a production line, like Rounding dough etc…
  • Reporting equipment faults to maintenance staff
  • Finishing products, for example applying protective coatings
  • Monitoring the production process and carrying out basic testing and quality checks
  • Storing goods and raw materials in the factory or warehouse
  • Managing daily buffer
  • OER Action Plan
  • ISO Action Plan
  • Internal Audit plan
  • Cleaning and maintaining work arears and machinery
  • Daily check list and documentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Management, Statistics or Business
  • 3 years of experience in related field.
  • Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role will be an added advantage
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, which may include evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Demonstrated self-starter and problem solver with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines and at the same time deliver time results and reports.
