We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Nurse

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Brief

• Seeking a Registered Nurse to provide excellent patient care, promote recovery, and educate patients and families on prevention and wellness.
• The ideal candidate is a skilled and independent professional who can deliver top-notch nursing care with minimal supervision.
• Compassion, composure, and adherence to health and safety protocols are essential. Our aim is to enhance patient well-being through the delivery of exceptional nursing services.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
• Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians
• Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds etc.)
• Provide instant medical care in emergencies
• Assist surgeons during operations
• Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients’ charts
• Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders
• Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families
• Expand knowledge and capabilities by attending educational workshops, conferences etc.

Requirements and Skills

• B.Sc or other diploma from a nursing program
• Valid nursing license (RN and RM)
• Proven experience as a registered nurse
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible and compassionate
• Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
• Excellent knowledge of emergency care
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times
• Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Patient with excellent problem-solving skills.

2.) Medical Officer

Job Purpose

• Our organization is in search of a highly capable Senior medical officer to manage our medical team and to supervise the healthcare services that they provide. Senior medical officers are physicians who manage all aspects related to patient care within their departments. They oversee daily operations, serve as clinical advisors, and investigate any problems that may arise. They also contribute to medical research programs and supervise clinical trials.
• An accomplished medical officer will be someone who can align their medical expertise with best practices in health administration.

Responsibilities

• Contributing clinical expertise to patient care and providing guidance to junior physicians.
• Performing administrative duties and risk management.
• Managing allocated budgets and identifying areas of improvement in inpatient care.
• Keeping informed on advancements in the field and contributing to medical research programs.
• Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.

Requirements/Skills/Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in medicine (MBBS)
• 10+ years of clinical experience.
• Should possess extensive clinical knowledge and demonstrable experience in a similar managerial role.
• At least four years' experience in health administration.
• Extensive knowledge of medical record-keeping practices.
• Advanced ability to ensure the highest standards in patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Ability to keep abreast of advancements in the field of specialization.
• A master's degree in health administration (MHA) or business administration (MBA) would be advantageous.
• Clinical risk management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of medical research methodology and ethics.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

3.) IT Support officer

• Proactively identify the possible breakdown/ issues
• Provide remote/on-site support, co-ordinate with local contact to resolve issues
• Delivering support to existing business users; investigating and resolving application data errors, data.

Educational Qualifications and Requirements:

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification
• 2 years and above good understanding of all Microsoft tools
• 1 year and above working experience.
