1.) Training & Curriculum Manager

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Responsibilities

• Training Management: Contribute to the formulation, implementation and continuous review of the training centre curriculum, ensuring the relevance of learning methods and the achievement of learning outcomes
• Curriculum Management: Supervise the development and ongoing maintenance of the curriculum, lesson plans, lecture notes, assignments and learning materials for instructor led in-person and virtual training as well as online self-study programmes
• Entrepreneurship Support and Guidance: Ensure entrepreneurs enrolled in the program are appropriately supported with timely and constructive guidance for their development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Fashion
• 5 years of experience in fashion education
• Experience with fashion entrepreneurship or adult training programs would be an advantage.

Salary
N250,000 - N375,000 / month.

2.) Scrum Master

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Overview

• Responsible for collaborating with members of the team on Agile processes and ensure strict adherence to Scrum values, principles, and practices in order to get the best product out

Requirements
Mandatory:

• B.Sc in STEM course
• 6 - 8 years experience in Agile/Scrum practices
• Agile Scrum Master certification

Desirable:

• M.Sc in Computer Science/Engineering or Numeric Science
• PSM II, PSM III, PMI-ACP

Skills:

• Good knowledge of scrum practices in the financial industry
• Product management and good Agility practice
• Analytical Skills/ Problem solving
• Performance management and coaching skills.

3.) Enterprise Architect

Job Location: Lagos
Job type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs to develop solutions from design to technological product
• Oversee developer teams to ensure that product is delivered on time and to specifications.
• Perform consistent update to documentation and designs as needed
• Maintain configuration management database for the bank
• Determine technical needs such as hardware, software, scalability, and security requirements
• Coordinate design and integration of overall architecture and parts of proposed systems with business
• Utilize gap analysis techniques to identify and research on problems related to architecture in the enterprise, and proffering appropriate correction

Requirements
Must have:

• B.Sc in STEM
• Minimum of 6 years of cognate experience, 3 of which must be in either infrastructure or software development

Skills:

• Ability to research new technologies
• Proficient in Enterprise Architecture tools. e.g., Visio, Draw.io etc.
• Ability to interpret business requirements
• Analytical Skills/ Problem solving.
