We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Business Development Manager

Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: E-commerce

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement a long-term business development and marketing strategy for ICT services.
  • Lead sales and opportunity management processes for new and existing clients.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Establish strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders across industries.
  • Provide input on pricing, service offerings, and competitive positioning.
  • Oversee marketing initiatives, product messaging, and business development tools.
  • Lead and coach the Business Development, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Monitor industry trends and advise management on market developments.
  • Contribute to product development strategies in collaboration with R&D and Engineering teams.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications in a related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of post-NYSC experience, with at least 8 years in Sales and Business Development.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Business Development Manager.
  • Proven leadership in ICT-related business development.
  • Experience in eCommerce will be a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, competitive analysis, and sales tools.

2.) Contract and Procurement Manager (Female)

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Oil & Gas

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead contracts, procurement, and logistics teams to support offshore operations.
  • Develop SOPs and SCM manuals in line with company and regulatory standards.
  • Manage end-to-end tendering, from pre-qualification to contract award.
  • Prepare, issue, and oversee contracts and procurement orders.
  • Ensure smooth contract execution, claims management, and timely close-outs.
  • Implement and monitor KPIs for team performance and process improvements.
  • Generate project reports, cost variance analysis, and inventory reconciliations.
  • Coordinate regulatory approvals and maintain compliance.
  • Support finance with procurement-to-pay (P2P) activities and timely payments.
  • Mentor and develop supply chain personnel.
  • Perform contractor audits and risk mitigation planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA/PGD preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of oil & gas experience, 6+ in senior contracts roles.
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and ERP/supply chain systems skills.
  • Experience with IOCs is an added advantage.

3.) Group Legal Counsel (Female)

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Energy, Oil & Gas, and International Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal and commercial agreements (client contracts, procurement agreements, leases, licenses).
  • Provide proactive legal advice and support to management on corporate strategy, risk management, and regulatory matters.
  • Oversee compliance with Nigerian laws, international regulations (FCPA, EU Anti-Corruption Action, etc.), and corporate policies.
  • Lead the establishment of new legal entities across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Manage external counsel engagements, litigation strategy, and control legal costs.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor the Legal Department team members.
  • Conduct compliance reviews, internal audits, and legal training across the Group.
  • Support HR with employment law and employee relations issues.

Qualifications

  • Law Degree (LLB or equivalent) and professional legal qualification.
  • Member, Nigerian Bar Association (NBA)
  • Relevant certifications in compliance or specialized areas of law are a plus.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
  • Strong background in corporate law, contracts, and international compliance
  • Proven experience handling cross-border legal matters and setting up entities in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Prior experience in the oil and gas industry is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of Nigerian labor laws and international labor legislation.
