1.) Sales Executive (Real Estate Development)
Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate development team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and closing sales of residential and commercial properties.
- You will play a key role in achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively source and generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and cold calling.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Conduct site visits and property tours with prospective clients.
- Present and promote company products (lands, houses, apartments, etc.) professionally to potential buyers.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate client information and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback on customer preferences and competitor activity.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales and promotional strategies.
- Participate in real estate exhibitions, roadshows, and marketing events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- 2 - 3 years of proven experience in real estate sales or property marketing.
- A candidate with an excellent sales record is strongly desired
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation skills and client service orientation.
- Familiarity with property documentation processes and industry trends.
- Ability to meet sales targets.

2.) Sales Coordinator (For a Development Company)

Role Summary
- The Sales Coordinator will be a pivotal member of our sales department, responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving their targets and ensuring a seamless sales process from lead generation to closing.
- This role requires a proactive individual with a proven ability to contribute to sales closures, excellent organizational skills, and a strong understanding of the real estate market.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably within the real estate or development sector, with a demonstrably strong track record of assisting in and contributing to successful sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Process Management:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the sales cycle, including lead tracking, client communication, proposal generation, and contract administration.
- Maintain and update the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with accurate and timely client information, sales activities, and pipeline status.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
- Ensure all sales documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
Client Relationship Support:
- Act as a primary point of contact for prospective clients, responding to inquiries, providing information, and scheduling appointments.
- Support the sales team in nurturing client relationships and addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Facilitate property viewings and site visits, ensuring a positive client experience.
Sales Team Enablement:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
- Prepare sales kits, marketing materials, and other collateral to support sales efforts.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events, open houses, and exhibitions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience as a Sales Specialist in the real estate development sector.
- Proven track record of actively contributing to and closing out sales, demonstrable through metrics and past achievements.
- Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

3.) Contract & Procurement Manager

Job Description
- We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Contract and Procurement Manager to lead and manage the comprehensive procurement process and contract lifecycle within a vibrant and fast-paced facility management environment.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in contract and procurement functions gained from working in respected organizations.
- S/he should exhibit strong commercial acumen, exceptional negotiation skills, and a profound understanding of vendor relations and contract management specific to the facility management sector.
- This role requires a proactive approach to developing effective procurement strategies and ensuring optimal supplier performance, all while fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Management:
- Develop, review, and manage all vendor, subcontractor, and client contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Draft and negotiate service-level agreements (SLAs), maintenance contracts, and FM service contracts.
- Monitor and track contract milestones, renewals, and performance metrics.
- Mitigate contractual risks by identifying areas of concern and implementing appropriate control measures.
Procurement Management:
- Plan, execute, and oversee the procurement strategy for goods, materials, and services to support facility operations.
- Source and qualify vendors based on quality, reliability, service, and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop procurement policies, procedures, and best practices tailored to the FM environment.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Implement procurement tracking systems and maintain accurate procurement documentation and records.
Vendor Management:
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and service providers.
- Lead vendor evaluations, audits, and performance assessments.
- Coordinate supplier onboarding and ensure compliance with procurement standards.
Budgeting & Cost Control:
- Work with finance and operations teams to forecast procurement budgets.
- Monitor procurement spend and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to approved budgets and procurement plans.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
- Prepare detailed reports on contract status, procurement performance, and risk assessments.
- Support internal and external audits relating to procurement and contract activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5–6 years of cognate experience in contract and procurement roles within a reputable organisation, preferably in facility management, construction, or engineering services.
- Relevant professional certification, such as CIPS, CPSM, or PMP, will be an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of FM industry contracting models and procurement practices.
- Proven experience in negotiating complex contracts and managing large vendor portfolios.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho).
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
