1.) Executive Assistant

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description


  • We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s senior-level managers.
  • As the Executive Assistant to the MD, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support and ensuring the efficient operation of theMD’soffice.

Responsibilities
Administrative Support:

  • Manage the executive'scomplex calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and business plans.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.

Communication and Presentation:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communication on behalf of the executive(s).
  • Draft and edit emails, letters, and other correspondence as needed.
  • Assist in the creation of high-quality presentations and reports for both internal and external audiences.

Business Operations:

  • Collaborate with the executive(s)to develop, implement, and monitor business plans and strategies.
  • Ensure seamless communication and coordination between the executive(s)and various departments.
  • Assist in project management and follow-up on action items from meetings.

Technology and Time Management:

  • Utilize a range of digital tools and software for efficient time management and productivity.
  • Help the executive(s)stay organized and productive by managing tasks, emails, and schedules.

Research and Information Gathering:

  • Conduct research and gather data on industry trends, competitors, and market insights.
  • Provide the executive(s)with well-structured information to support decision-making.

Event Coordination:

  • Assist in planning and organizing corporate events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Coordinate logistics, invitations, and materials for these events.

Exposure and Networking:

  • Facilitate the executive's participation in key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals on behalf of the executive(s).
  • Take minutes during meetings
  • Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive(s)
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reportsfor the executives
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Prioritize emails and respond when necessary.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related fieldwith a minimum of Second Class honourdegree (Upper division)
  • Entry level experience
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Exposure to marketing and industry-related concepts is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in creating professional presentations and reports using tools such as MS Office, Google Suite, or similar software.
  • Strong research skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Must be a resident of Lagos, Nigeria.
  • Available for immediate employment.

2.) Customer Retention Specialist

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description 

  • We are looking for a dynamic retention specialist to help us retain our core customer base. In this role, you will deal directly with our customers to find out what issues they are facing, how we may improve our products or services, and how to retain their business.

Responsibilities

  • Taking all possible measures to timely resolve customers ’ issues and processing them in accordance with our established procedures and policies.
  • Regularly attending training and coaching sessions conducted. Learning about the organization’s products or services and keeping up-to-date with any changes to them.
  • Suggesting alternatives and possibilities to resolve customers’ complaints on a priority basis.
  • Giving feedback and reporting customer issues/problems to the Supervisor to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and to aware management of current trends and demands.
  • Developing aggressive retention strategies based on customer feedback.
  • Negotiating with customers to renew contracts and retain business.
  • Responsible for responding toinbound and outbound calls, and technical queries related to VOIP, Internet, and Data services on different platforms such as LTE, WTTx and Fibre, Wifi by using standard procedures.
  • Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to deal with incoming calls.
  • Ensure full compliance with all related software applications and a strong handling power to assist customers.
  • Logging all queries properly and escalating possible complaints to the concerned teams using effective tools.
  • Building positive relationships with customers and business associates.
  • Assisting with processing online payments and ensuring customers get value.

Requirements

  • Must have a 2.1 Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

  • In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing softwaresuch as CRM, Excel, Outlook etc.

Key Roles

  • To ensure that the company’s financial transactions are up to date and properly documented
  • To ensure the accuracy and integrity of the General ledger
  • To ensure that procedures according to laid down corporate financial policies are followed

Key Accountabilities

  • To ensure that all financial transactions are input into the accounting system
  • Responsible for integrity of General ledger
  • Implementing procedures according to Corporate policies and procedures
  • Costing of the Company’s products, materials, and services
  • Demonstrating cost cutting initiatives aiming at providing best solution at lower cost
  • Developing and implementing effective controls framework and management systems to guide and support business operations
  • Producing multi-dimensional reports for Management decision
  • Ensuring that all costs are properly tracked and that OPEX and CAPEX are within budget
  • Preparing and implementing budgets for the entire Company
  • To strictly adhere to all financial policies and procedures
  • To reconcile Company’s Bank Accounts

  • To reconcile all vendors’ accounts
  • To process vendors’ invoices
  • To reconcile Receivable Accounts
  • To attend to Customers account query and send manual invoices where necessary
  • To maintain financial files and documents
  • To maintain and reconcile the accounts payable
  • To book all invoices received
  • To generate relevant financial reports that will aid management in taking key decisions
  • To raise monthly journal-HQ and outlets
  • Carry out other duties as may be assigned by supervisors from time to time.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of Second Class Honour (Upper Division) in Accounting, Finance or any related field from a reputable Nigerian or international institution.
  • Possession of a Master's degree and relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.

4.) Audit Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conducting ongoing reviews of all operational processes and procedures
  • Conducting evaluations of the company to assess risk and compliance with regulations
  • Regular review of procurement quotations and budget control form
  • Periodic inventory count and resolution of outstanding inventory issues
  • Periodic evaluation of cash count and fuel dip
  • Plans financial, regulatory, compliance and operational reviews/audits.
  • Partakes in audit procedures to verify that controls are in place
  • Assist in conducting risk assessments and identifies controls in place to mitigate identified risks
  • Reports breaches on internal control policies
  • Evaluate departmental risk registers review & follow up on action plans
  • Regular review of the company’s compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Identifies control gaps and opportunities for improvement.

Education and Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree 2nd Class Honors (Upper division) in Accounting, Finance, Economics or any relevant course
  • Three to five (3 - 5) years of relevant work experience.
  • Relevant professional certification (e.g. CIA, ACA,CISA,ACCA, etc).

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent understanding of the standards of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and ability to fully comply with IIA standards
  • Strong skills in negotiating, relationship building, problem-solving, and timely problem escalation.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook
  • Must possess a strong moral code
